We invite you to join us for our popular annual review of some of the most important and influential cases decided by the U.S. Supreme Court during the 2014 term. The seminar will consist of an overview of the session as well as presentations on several of the most important cases of the term. Decisions in the areas of election law, Affordable Care Act, and employment law will be the primary focus.
