The practice of adoption law can be both deeply rewarding and immensely challenging. Laws and practices change frequently, sometimes dramatically. Adoption of foreign born children from certain countries has been becoming increasingly more restrictive, frequently without advance notice. The practice of open adoptions has been on the increase, raising a host of new issues. In many states, Minnesota included, the Indian Child Welfare Act becomes important legislation in the adoption arena. These and related issues will be the focus of this expert adoption law faculty.

Faculty will include:

Judith Vincent, Esq., [Vincent Law Offices]

Mark D. Fiddler, Esq.; [Mark Fiddler Law Office]
Brittany Shively, Esq., [Vincent Law Offices]
