Clarion Legal periodically sends brochures and its CLE publication The Clarion to licensed Minnesota attorneys regarding its CLE seminars. For Minnesota attorneys, we utilize a mailing list of all licensed attorneys sent directly from the Minnesota Supreme Court to our mailing house.
Clarion Legal maintains records of all registrations for its CLE seminars. This information is required to be maintained for Continuing Legal Education reporting purposes. In addition, registrants may supply their email addresses on the seminar registration forms. We maintain this information in the same manner as email addresses collected via our website.
Is my personally identifiable information secure? Personally identifiable information is not publicly accessible. Personally identifiable information is only accessed by Clarion Legal employees on a "need to know" basis.
Does Clarion Legal share personally identifiable information with other companies? Clarion Legal does not sell its customers? personally identifiable information. We only provide personally identifiable information to third parties for purposes of billing and collecting payment from you for services requested by and provided to you, as required by Continuing Legal Education governing bodies, or as required by law.
In addition, Clarion Legal may provide seminar speakers and co-sponsors with the names and business addresses of persons registered for a seminar in which the speaker or co-sponsor is involved. Clarion Legal also provides CLE attendees with a list of all pre-registered attendees. This list includes attendee names and their respective firm or company.
How do I opt-out of receiving email communications? If you have supplied us with email information and later change your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed from our distribution lists by:
