Join Clarion Legal and the American Arbitration Association for our annual AAA no-fault roundtable;  an excellent forum for education and discussion regarding the latest in no-fault arbitration rules, court decisions and conduct of hearings.  Focus of this year’s event will be elimination of bias issues in arbitration hearings including: special issues that arise when litigants are immigrants or have English as a second language.  We will also address ethical issues including: whether to hold a hearing without petitioner; what is your ethical obligation when you see a medical provider in petition that you do not trust; and conflicts of interest and when to recuse; and

Our experienced and knowledgeable panel including Roger L. Kramer, Kramer Litigation, LLC, and Richard L. Tousignant, Schwebel, Goetz and Sieben, PA, will lead a roundtable discussion on advanced no- fault issues specifically related to AAA arbitrations.  Krista Peach, American Arbitration Association will join them on the panel.  An excellent opportunity for arbitrators and litigators to weigh in on ethical issues they have faced in arbitration hearings.
